What are the Friends of the Bellflower Libary?
The Friends of the Bellflower Library is a non-profit, membership organization established in 1973. The purpose of the organization is to maintain a non-profit association of persons interested in libraries and to support the Clifton M. Brakensiek Library and promote the freedom to read.
What do the Friends of the Library do?
What can I do to help?
  1. Donate books, magazines or audio/visual material
    • Donated materials become property of the Friends and are used for fundraising purposes.
    • Some material may be used to fill gaps in the Library collection by the Library staff.
  2. Cash donations are also accepted.
  3. Donations are accepted during regular library hours.
  4. All donations are tax deductable.
  5. Volunteer, or become a Friend of the Libary.
